Liquid OEM Metering Pumps -
FEM1.03 & FEM1.08
Replaces peristaltic, syringe, solenoid, piston and gear pumps.
KNF's new FEM liquid metering diaphragm pumps are self-priming and can pump air, gases and liquids. Their unique, one-piece molded diaphragm is usually found only in larger, more expensive pumps. Metal wetted-parts are eliminated and end-vacuum performance is enhanced. A wide choice of materials, including PTFE and stainless steel are available for durable corrosion-resistance where needed.
This pump is also available in a cabinet for bench-top use in the laboratory |

| A 3-phase stepper motor ensures precise speed of rotation. A microprocessor provides a range of ways in which the pump can be controlled. Metering is continuous and smooth even at very low speeds. During the suction stroke it always runs at maximum speed, and changes to the preset speed for the delivery stroke. In addition, the motor speed is continuously regulated to make the delivery rate as smooth as possible during the duration of the stroke. The addition of a timed, solenoid valve allows a diaphragm pump to achieve the accuracy of syringe, peristaltic and other high-accuracy delivery pumps, and provides for a positive zero-flow leak-back during low-flow rate operation. |
